Daniel is President and CEO of Harmon Security Group LLC. Daniel began his career in the security industry while in college in the early 1990s. While working on a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Management, he worked in the security department of a prestigious Native American art museum in Tulsa Oklahoma.
He was soon promoted to Security Operations Manager of a contract security firm where he had oversight of more than 150 employees and 60 properties throughout the eastern Oklahoma area (including Gilcrease Museum, Tulsa’s largest city asset). With the intent of gaining a broad range of valuable security experience, Daniel embarked on a five year endeavor to study security from a technological vantage-point.
During that period, he was employed by two security systems integration firms, one of which was ranked in the top 25 nationally. Daniel was the architect for many large-scale CCTV/access control projects. He earned the respect of managers from companies such as John Zink, Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority (MTTA), City of Broken Arrow (City Hall). Thus, Daniel’s security experience over the last 20 years ranges from technological security systems integration, to security management of a Fortune 500 company (Mr. Harmon managed all aspects of security for a Tulsa based Fortune 500 Company (now Tulsa City Hall & Williams Resource Center).
Mr. Harmon was ultimately responsible for protecting more than seven thousand employees working in seven separate facilities while Security Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. Daniel was recently the Secretary for the Tulsa chapter of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and is a member of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers). Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) with a minor in Human Resource Management from UOP, an Associate Degree in Law from Tulsa Community College, and is CLEET Certified.

Don is responsible for establishing and developing relationships with financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in order to market the company’s asset disposition and security service portfolio. Advancing the company through the creation of brand and marketing strategies is a top priority for Mr. Harmon.
From the Harmon Group’s inception, Don endeavored to create the definitive prototype for a new breed of professional service firm, dedicated to mitigating risk. By employing former prosecutors, law enforcement officials, journalists, and academics who utilized sophisticated fact-finding techniques to address decision-makers’ needs for accurate information, Don has established a new paradigm for conducting investigations and risk-consulting for government and corporate entities.
Prior to being a founding member of The Harmon Group, Mr. Harmon served for more than ten years as security supervisor for a multi-billion dollar institution in eastern Oklahoma. Mr. Harmon has been an Asset Protection Professional (APP) for more than fifteen years. Additionally, Don is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), (BOMA) Building Owners & Managers Association, and is CLEET certified.

Mr. Patrick is currently the Operations Supervisor for The Harmon Group. Ron has vast management experience in a variety of industries.
Mr. Patrick oversees the Harmon Group’s western stable of accounts in eastern Oklahoma. Each site has a site supervisor who reports to Mr. Patrick. Ensuring the efficacy and smooth operation of his division is Ron’s primary objective.
Ron has an Associates Degree in Applied Science from "Eastern Oklahoma State College" and has a vast array of management knowledge and experience in the following industries: Interstate Tools, U.S. Marine (BAY LINER BOATS,CONSTUCTION, Shipping & Receiving: APAC, McMichell, Waste Management, National Steak & Poultry, Ken Worth, Alloy Welding Supply.

Benjamin DePaz is currently the IT Manager of Harmon Security Group. Ben gained technical expertise while employed with the Tulsa based Custom Computers, a computer networking firm. Advanced computer operations, repair, and programming were Ben's areas of management.
Ben is an accomplished PC Builder and programmer. After leaving “Custom Computers”, Ben retained a number of clients including “Aircraft Accessories of Oklahoma”. At Aircraft Accessories, Ben serviced and maintained their corporate computer systems and network. At Harmon Security, Ben manages a variety of computer security platforms.
GE security systems, General Solutions and Pelco, are but a few examples of Ben's scope of proficiency. Ben recently obtained his CLEET certification.

Randy Bryant is currently the Marketing Manager of Harmon Security Group. Randy gained extensive product knowledge and technical expertise as an Installation technician for Time Warner Cable then later as Account Manager for a local wholesale security equipment supplier and distribution warehouse. Randy gained marketing experience in the Yellow Page advertising industry and is currently working on his Google Adwords certification.
GE security systems, Everfocus, Pelco, are but a few examples of Randy's scope of proficiency. Additionally, Mr. Bryant has re-designed and now manages the Harmon Group's company website.
